1 Day Taster courses for small groups with individual
attention. Learn the art of traditional leaded stained
glass, copper foiling (tiffany-style stained glass), and
specialist technique of painting on glass. Join us in this
friendly environment and learn a new skill.
Alan Spark is offering courses in
traditional leaded stained glass
technique. Learn the
principles of traditional cutting, design and leading of
stained glass. Complete a small panel by the end of
the course. Materials provided - beginners welcome.
There are also 1 Day Taster
courses in
Enamel Glass Painting by
an experienced glass painter; you are invited to have fun
using
glass paint and other
materials
to enable you to create
beautiful glass gifts. You will learn a new skill, which you
can immediately continue to put into practice at home.
No previous experience required.
Explore
Copper Foiling Technique (tiffany-style
stained glass) either as a 1 Day Taster or Weekend or in a
combination with the enamel glass painting. This
technique produces slightly more delicate work than leading
and you will be able to produce decorative items such as a
small stained glass mirror. No previous experience
required - all stages catered for.
